Somewhere I read not too long ago equal marriage rights would bring in a sizable amount of cash from wedding-tourism. With the budget crisis, Governor Schwarzenegger certainly would not put the segregation of some Californians ahead of the states economy would he?

Unless Governor Schwarzenegger is homophobic, there's no reason he would purposefully want to hurt the California economy just to go out of the way to deny some of us having equal rights.
